In our edition frequently there come letters with requests to make in the IBK special page for amateurs of the Internet. Such requests are clear to us, when they concern music. As we accepted direct participation in the organization of the song competition «Premium - 2006», carried out within the framework of the international festival «Millennium - 2000». And practically in each number of our newspaper we in detail told about winners of this competition. Well and as to the software we have no any relation to development of programs and we are their same users, as well as all our readers. And the circle of our needs for those or other programs is not too great. And the most important: in fact our opinion as users programs is only subjective and nonprofessional. In this case the estimation given by experts in this area is very important. Therefore I have addressed to Sergey Saskovets, head of the Silka Laboratory which some years is engaged in development, approbation and introduction various the Internet of technologies. I also bring Sergey Saskovets's answers to my questions to your attention.

I.S. Sergey Alekseevich, please, briefly when and with what purpose your laboratory was created?

S.S. I want to tell, that I started to work from laboratory not since the moment of its creation. When Petr Petrovich (Peter Silko – I.S.) has suggested to me to head laboratory, it already existed, and Petr Petrovich till this moment itself supervised over its work. And in the beginning there was a small group of enthusiasts which was engaged basically only in tasks in maintenance of the IBK with mathematical programs. Then this work has gradually passed to work on testing and approbations of all programs which interested readers of the IBK. From edition to us brought hundreds printed out letters of readers of the IBK in which there were many complaints on down state of those or others Internet programs. During such work at many our employees the ideas and offers for improvement of such programs began to appear. The majority of them, the most essential, we transferred authors and developers. Well, and the name of laboratory as to me told, went from one case when once Petr Petrovich, having collected as it is usual participants of group, of the beginning of working meeting has simply joked, having told, that, at last, though, sees all laboratory of Kasperovich with its full complement. He meant our participant Dima Kasperovich who very seldom appeared at such meetings. Dima a hint has not understood and has told what why supposedly of Kasperovich? Most likely, it is laboratory of Silko. Since then this name and has got accustomed. And under this name we exist three years.

I.S. But, in fact, term sufficient to receive serious results. Tell, what is already made? What problems arise during work?

S.S. You, certainly, should understand, that we not commercial structure, and we work on public principles, as enthusiasts of the affair, being members of the Belarus public organization of social development and cooperation (BPOSDC). Therefore even at presence of insignificant results it is already possible to count our work successful. But we have made much enough. The basic result of our activity is that the IBK does not suffer from lack of software. And you, all in edition, perfectly already are able to use all necessary programs. And in fact many of you were not able even to use a computer. It is basic our task. Except for that within the framework of activity of the BPOSDC we have tested more than 300 programs therefore have prepared the list of the literature consisting of almost two hundred names, for the monograph which should leave already in the beginning of this year. The reason of that the monograph is not printed yet, absence of financial assets and presence of disagreements among numerous authors of this monograph is only. During performance such enough labour-consuming work on testing programs we have in parallel carried out full volume of researches for maintenance of carrying out of competition «Premium - 2006» among Download Managers. And in fact it is too great volume of work. In the beginning we have developed the whole system of indexes for indexing Download Managers and a technique of carrying out of their testing. And then have carried out testings each program. And they were more than fifty. And jury of competition it are necessary to consider only the materials submitted by us and to ratify winners. But the most important, we have already executed a number of works and now we continue to carry out a complex of researches on creation of so-called full system of indexes (Silka Indexes System - SIIS), allowing to index not only the concrete intellectual goods, and both many public institutes and subjects. And, in particular, it is political parties, political leaders and public organizations. We develop a new index for an estimation of position of any site in the Internet. In fact is known, that existing Google PR and an index of Yandex are not full and do not differ unambiguity. Index SISI (Silka Site Index) suggested by us full and unequivocally describes any site, whether it independently is commercial, information or another.

I.S. Indeed, the work is carried out big. And if to take into account, that all this is made under the personal initiative without any financing it very much impresses with the scale. But to me as not to the expert in this area, it is difficult to understand all this and adequately to estimate your work. Sergey Alekseevich, so what were the results of competition «Premium - 2006» among Download Managers? In fact it for a long time has already ended …

S.S. We have executed all work, and all results for a long time have transferred in jury of this competition. It has the right to disclose the decisions and to make comments on all results in press. I can inform only to you the basic decision of jury and all that directly concerns our work. For jury we have prepared rating estimations of all tested programs, have allocated the seven of the best and have noted three programs which were obvious applicants for the supreme award. I can name these three programs as they went with an appreciable separation on size of the rating from the programs following them. It is program Internet Download Manager - IDMan (the developer - Internet Download Manager Corp., branch Tonec Inc., www.internetdownloadmanager.com), program GetRight Pro (the developer - Michael Barford, Headlight Software, Inc., www.getright.com) and program Download Master - DM (developers - Vyacheslav Viter and Ruslan Voloshin, www.westbyte.com/dm). These three programs are marked by the Silver medal «Premium - 2006», as satisfying all requirements of users on system SIIS. I want to add, that requirements SIIS are the highest and the most full and these programs are the best in the class from all programs existing the Internet. Personally very much it is pleasant to me IDMan. It is easy for using and it practically will make all and with all will help any user. IDMan perfectly works in operational systems Windows XP and Windows Vista. I know that Petr Petrovich basically uses program GetRight Pro. But it is paid license programs. At you, in edition on a computer it is established Download Master. It is the free-of-charge program of the Ukrainian developers, but on the serviceability and functionalities does not concede to first two programs. In the near future our laboratory will finish works on testing many other programs for carrying out of competition «Premium - 2008» in area the Internet of technologies. Porfiry Ivanov and him Brood

Dear readers of the IBK, we, as well as promised, we continue to publish materials about various systems of improvement. This article is devoted to the unique person about whom different legends go. This person is Porfiry Korneevich Ivanov.

Porfiry Ivanov on February, 20, 1898 in village Orehovka in Ukraine in a large family of the miner was born, has finished 4 classes of the church-parish school. Porfiry Ivanov started to work from 12 years, and in 15 years was already the miner. In youth Porfiry drank, smoked, and liked to take a walk with friends. In 1917 of him have called up for military service, but because of the come armistice he did not participate in military actions. After demobilization in 1918 Ivanov married. At him were two sons (Andrey and Jacob) and the daughter which has died at chest age. In civil war Ivanov actively helped the Soviet authority. He worked at a factory, in depot, the forwarding agent and on other posts. In 1922 Ivanov has been condemned and served time (11 months) in the Arkhangelsk area. In the thirtieth years worked as the quartermaster. On April, 25, 1933 at Porfiry Ivanov the idea (it is marked by all his followers) was born. He was occurred with an idea (inspiration), that the reason of all illnesses of the person is him tearing off nature. It has served as the beginning of sharp turn in Ivanov's life and the beginning of his fifty years' personal experiment. Gradually he began to manage all smaller quantity of clothes, and then in general the year round went only in one long shorts. In 1934 Porfiry Ivanov has moved in Krasny Sulin and started to be engaged in salutary practice (cured the diversified and heavy diseases). He has released a beard and hair. Then Porfiry Ivanov has carried out well-known "Pass across Donbass" in one shorts, abstaining from meal and frequently from water. In 1935 he has been delivered in Rostov mental hospital. After treatment Ivanov have written out from hospital with the diagnosis "a chronic mental derangement in the form of schizophrenia". In 1936 Ivanov has carried the letter on VIII congress of Soviets, but in Moscow has been arrested by OGPU and violently sent in clothes home. In 1938 VTEK of the Rostov hospital has defined Ivanov the invalid of the first group without the right for work.

In 1942 Krasny Sulin where Ivanov with family lived, has been occupied by Germans. General Pauljus has given out to him the inquiry for movement on an occupied territory as "as to the verifier of in the nature". To tell the truth, after Ivanov's death this inquiry has not been found. As unique person Porfiry Ivanov has been sent to Berlin, but taken off from a train and arrested by gestapo in Dnepropetrovsk. But soon him have released. In 1943 Ivanov has gone to Stalin with the offer to conclude the world with Germany, but has been violently placed in Institute of psychiatry of Serbsky on treatment. In 1948 Porfiry Ivanov has made the Black Sea Pass (Tuapse - Sochi). In 1951 Porfiry Korneevich has written the work "History and a method of my training" which first copy has sent to Stalin, and the second - to the ministry of a science. But all was without result. All counted his technique simply training. All attempts of the reference of Ivanov to authorities with the program of health came to an end arrests and dispatches. In prisons, isolators and mental hospitals Porfiry Korneevich has carried out in total 12 years. Always and everywhere was engaged in healing, has cured thousand patients, at times absolutely hopeless. By 1971 on farm Verhnij Kondrjuchij Ivanov's pupils had been constructed the Teacher's club where Ivanov could accept people. In 1973 Ivanov’s wife Uljana Fedorovna has fallen from a high mow and has received a heavy trauma. Porfiry Korneevich could not help her, she has died. In 1975 first mass visiting of Chuvilkin Bugor, places of pilgrimage of all followers of Ivanov, has been accomplished. In 1976 in Novoshahtinskaja mental hospital of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Ivanov has been finished by doctors almost with death. Him have given out to die on hands to his pupils who have transported him on farm Verhnij Kondrjuchij. But Ivanov has survived. After recovery it was forbidden to him to treat people and to leave territory of a house on distance more than 30 meters. In 1979 to Ivanov there came journalists and removed documentary film. The same year the first note with Ivanov's photo in magazine "Technics - youth" has appeared. In 1982 the article, allowed by authorities, about the Teacher in magazine "Ogonjok", №8 has caused weight of letters and a stream of visitors to Ivanov. In reply to these letters Ivanov's ("Brood") well-known 12 councils have been written. Porfiry Ivanov in the age of 85 years on April, 10, 1983 has died. The reason of death of Porfiry Ivanov is unknown. Have buried him as he and bequeathed, alone with the nature, on his tomb there is no cross - but only a green hedge from colors.

Brood (Detka) of Porfiry Ivanov. Brood, you are full of desire to benefit to all people, for this purpose try to be healthy. The intimate request to you, accept from me some advice to strengthen the health.

1. Two times day bathe in cold, natural water that it was good. Bathe, in what you can: in lake, small river, a bath, take a shower or be poured. These are your conditions. Hot bathing finish cold. 2. Before bathing or after it and if it is possible, and together with it, leave on the nature, rise barefooted foots on the ground, and in the winter on a snow, even for one - two minutes, inhale through a mouth some times air and mentally ask to itself and wish all people of health. 3. Do not use alcohol and do not smoke. 4. Try though once a week completely to do without food and water since Friday from 18-20 o'clock till Sunday till 12 o'clock. These are your merits about rest. If it is difficult for you, that hold even day. 5. For 12 o'clock in the afternoon of Sunday leave on the nature barefoot and some times breathe and think, as it is written above. It is a holiday of your body. After that you can eat everything, that it is pleasant to you. 6. Love the nature surrounding you. Be not spat around and do not spit out from itself anything. Get used to this: this is your health. 7. Greet all and everywhere, it is especially with people of advanced age. You want to have at yourself health - greet all. 8. Help people, than you can, especially poor, sick, offended, requiring. Do it with pleasure, respond for its need and heart. You will get in it the friend and will help a cause of peace. 9. Win in itself greed, laziness, complacency, money-making, fear, hypocrisy, pride. Trust people and love them. Do not speak about them unfairly and do not take to heart bad opinions on them. 10. Release the head from ideas on illnesses, indispositions, death. It is your victory. 11. An idea does not separate from an affair. Has read, it is well. But the most is important to do! 12. Tell and conduct experience of this affair, but be not praised and do not tower in it. Be modest.

Ippotherapy in Belarus

The horse is long since tamed by the person. Many centuries this elegant and graceful animal lives near to people, helps them, rescues from famine, thirst and even illnesses. Surprising property of a horse to cure illnesses has received the name ippotherapy.

Ippotherapy in a literal translation from the Greek language means treatment by a horse. This term is meant as beneficial effect on an organism of the person at driving on a horse. Driving by top as treatment was already applied a little thousand years ago. It used in V century B.C. for rehabilitation of the wounded soldiers. Still Hippocrate spoke: «Go for a drive the astride, dear fellow citizens, and will be healthy, as horses!». Riding is very useful at diseases of the support-motor apparatus, scolioses, osteochondroses, consequences of a poliomyelitis, prostatitises, and also intellectual backwardness and many other physical and sincere diseases. Regular employment by medical riding salutarily influences on all organism as a whole, normalizing activity central nervous, cardiovascular and digestive system. It is already proved, that such employment reduces a threshold of convulsive readiness of muscles and normalization of a level of sugar in blood at diabetics promote.

In Belarus for the first time the method of the ippotherapy began to be applied to treatment of children - invalids by the Belarusian Public Association of Riding and Ippotherapy (BPARI) over which supervises Valentine Aleksandrovna Vinogradova. The history of occurrence of this public association by the roots leaves in the beginning of 90th years of last century. In 1994 of Valentine Vinogradova together with the red handsome horse Sudar began to work in Children's park of a name Gorky in the city of Minsk. For years of work in park she managed to create an attraction of riding for adults. In the same place she has created school of riding for children. After a while Vinogradova began to be engaged in riding and with children - invalids. But soon, in 1996, Valentine Vinogradova with the assistants for not clear reasons have simply exposed from park. And she had to search for a new place of work to contain herself and horses. The horse-racing school located behind city has sheltered horses. The help in transportation of children-invalids limits of Minsk on employment and from employment during many years was rendered with business concern MINDAVG. During same time the undertaking of Valentine Vinogradova and fellow-fighters has got the support of the Main children's neuropathologist of Belarus, the academician of the Belarus Academy of medical sciences, professor Shanko, who highly has estimated their work.

Inspired with the achieved success, supporters of use of ippotherapy in Belarus from blessing of the prior of the Piously-Petropavlovsky Minsk Cathedral father George (Latushko) have made the decision to create public organization which would be engaged in propagation and use of ippotherapy in Belarus. In expediency to use this method of treatment of Valentine Vinogradova and its assistants were convinced even earlier when the five years' girl sick of a cerebral paralysis and completely confined to bed, after three months of employment could sit, move independently with hands and foots, to say the first words and to take the first steps with the help of mum. And constituent conference of such public organization which subsequently has received the name of the Belarus public association of riding and ippotherapy has taken place in August, 1998.

Creation of this public association was marked by arrival of two more "therapists": cocky frolicsome fellow - the pony Grey Lace, and an adult thoughtful horse - Treasured Success. Occurrence of a new horse with such name has brought hope for the future. This hope and gratitude first "therapist" and "head physician" - to a red handsome horse Sudar was included in a basis of Symbolics of the BPARI which represents the child in black clothes burning and a hopelessness from the disease, in despair lowered the head downwards, but nevertheless with hope embracing a neck of a red horse - the shy hope for recovery. This pair the horseshoe - surrounds a symbol of happiness and success, and its white color represents a symbol of the Divine favour and good fortune...

The beginning of a new century has brought to enthusiasts of ippotherapy many new friends on behalf of heads of the various organizations, ordinary workers, and also the private persons rendering the feasible help to created public association. In 2000 the BPARI became a member of the Russian Federation of medical riding and invalid equestrian sport. Valentine Vinogradova and its assistants has been created own technique on medical riding. The same year the first Belarusian international seminar on ippotherapy with participation of experts from Poland and Russia has been carried out. And in July, 2002 on invalid equestrian sport the first competitions have been carried out on category dressage. Soon it have been given to the BPARI on good business the elderly horse Robinzon, becoming the first sports horse in a society, and a young horse the Kid, which else it was necessary in many respects to learn. But in life of the BPARI were not only pleasures, were also afflictions. So in 2001 alive symbol of the BPARI and first "doctor" - a red handsome horse Sudar has unexpectedly died, that became strong impact for Valentine Aleksandrovna, its volunteer assistants and the small patients, which have strongly grown fond of the red "doctor"...

To not stop on so sad note, I want to tell, that I was convinced of medical properties of riding, being still the schoolgirl when was engaged in riding in one of the Minsk clubs. Together with me was engaged the girl - invalid which not skilfully to go. Parents brought her by the machine, carried on hands, set on a horse. Approximately in one year I have been pleasantly surprised, having met this girl in the bus - she is independent on public transport reached on employment on riding, then we together went from a stop up to a stable - and it is meters 500, not less...
